MORE about MY approach
A little about me…I’m a Christian, farm wife, boy mom, long-distance runner, hot weather fanatic, smeller of rain, listener of birds, chaser of fireflies, and oh-so full of energy. All of those in one…make for a pretty-freaking-fantastic-awesome life!
I've spent 10+ amazing years photographing couples and their unique style! I love capturing the joy of weddings, engagements, and now boudoir sessions.

Dogs over cats.

Jogging over sprinting.
Texting over calling.
Champagne over water.
Cameras and fashion go hand-in-hand. I love everything fashion, especially runway shows.
From stitching on a dress form to seeing an article brought to life on a model is mesmerizing.
I love a good sweat. I never leave home without my running shoes. I work hard both behind the camera and on the farm. Horses are my favorite animal on the planet. Just smelling them brings me inner peace.

Yes PLEASE!! I run over the noon hour in the summer…enough said! Oh AND…I will “cruise” anywhere in the world if we land on a “summery” island.
05. I'M A
I run! I LOVE running! It is my time to pray, de-stress, listen to the birds sing, come up with new shooting techniques, or not think at all.
04. I'm a
My boys are wild, but have the biggest hearts. I learn so much from them. They teach me how to laugh, how to play, and how to show unconditional kindness to others.
03. I love being a
I drive a tractor, irrigate in my swimsuit all summer long, and love my husband “Babes” endlessly. I haven’t used my husband’s (of 13 years) first name but maybe 10 times.

I believe in God. I fall asleep in the middle of prayer almost nightly, because I believe that is God’s way of listening and granting me peace.

I’m always game to visit my parents and chase fireflies with the boys. Growing up, I had at least six mason jars of them under my bed all summer long (PS - holes poked in top so they can breathe, and added leaves and sticks to be more like their natural habitat).
08. I LOVE
The sound of birds singing in the morning gives me soul-deep peace.

The smell of rain makes me have butterflies.

Rain.
Birdsong.
Chasing fireflies.
